Yields: 6 people
1 package of fresh cranberries
1 large orange
3/4 cup organic sugar or equivalent of natural sugar substitute
1 tablespoon orange liquor (optional).
Add whole cranberries and whole orange (with peel on) to a food processor.
Blend until texture that is desired. Pour into bowl and add sugar and liquor.
Mix until blended.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until chilled.
