Ideal Dill Fish
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Yields: 4 people
Ingredients:

4 4-ounce cod fillets
-
Dash of sea salt
-
Dash of black pepper
-
1/2 cup fresh dill
-
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
-
Rinse fish.
-
Season with salt and pepper.

Finely chop dill.
-
Fill a skillet with about 1/2 inch of water and lemon juice and heat till steaming.
-
Drop in fish, cover top with dill and cook until fish is cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes.
-
Serve immediately.
